Pictures?

Although I drive a Tacoma with these NST pulleys I will still post a picture, NST pulleys are top quality product. I've been running mine on my tacoma for over 30k miles now, NO problems @ all. Throttle response is slightly better, although I have not dyno'd it the seat of my pants tells me these pulleys are good for 5-10 horses. Warning- these can take some time to get as usually they are made custom per order - but if you are okay with the wait, there is no comparison between NST and other pulley companies, the quality is unparalleled.

@NonStopTuning

I seem to have a rather small oil leak. This wouldn't be such an issue if it didn't make a squeaking sound every time it leaks a bit. I've just re-torqued the bolt, and it has the original o ring. Still making the sound and presumably still spreading oil everywhere.

Not good I've never heard of this issue with the FRS/BRZ before.

How many miles on the engine?
Apx how many miles when the crank pulley was installed?

The OEM crank bolt is considered a one-time use item. Using the same bolt on a relatively low mileage motor is not a big deal and is what most customers do. But on a higher mileage engine the factory manual calls for the use of a new crank bolt and oil seal/sleeve. I would start there and add a new belt while you're at it.

I hope that helps.

Looks like I'll be digging through some parts lists. I was first thinking maybe just a thicker o-ring. It did start doing this just after I installed it, and a dealer tech sprayed the belt with belt dressing, which made the squeak go away for a little while, but it has gotten more frequent as the weather has warmed up.

Also, I definitely did get the pulley lined up correctly and the o-ring in there. There were a couple people who had issues with that, and I made sure not to join them.
