Perrin drop in

I know it's a stupid question. Which way does the Perrin drop in filter go? Honeycomb towards the front or "Perrin" logo towards the front?

I believe the perrin logo faces outwards or towards the front. The perrin logo will turn dark over time indicating when to clean it.

The support always goes behind the filter, in the direction of air flow. Or it would just suck in the filter element.

Should have a shape in it to force you into a specific position.

Also, could you run a UOA at your next oil change to check how well this thing actually filters?

Thx for the info. I had the Perrin logo facing back. I'll fix that. It could go either way that's why it confused me.
