Not quite sure if our torque curve is really a silhouette of the stock one.

Here's a torque comparison of:

Green line: Stock FR-S with Injen Intake
Red Line: BRZ with the new Vortech SC at 9psi
Blue Line: FR-S with PTUNING GT3076R at 9psi

Was that the revised Vortech compressor?

Either way that difference is epic.

This definitely has me considering turbo over SC seriously for the first time. I LOVE the ability to run an aftermarket header of my choosing and I LOVE the sound with recirc over VTA.

The red piping is cherry icing on the cake!

Yes, that's with the revised compressor wheel and pulley.

Wanted to give everyone a quick update from this weekend's autocross:

Our PTUNING FR-S Turbo (running at 11.5psi) and WMI System performed flawlessly over the weekend at the NASA autocross. There were no hiccups in the tune, overheating issues, or any other mechanical issues during any of the 8-9 runs.

Our FR-S performed as smoothly as a factory turbocharged car would have. We're in the process of editing the videos and will get them up soon.

Look for an introductory pricing on our PnP WMI System very soon too.

Love it! It is looking great!

One thing that just doesn't seem right in the back of my mind...So you are seriously guaranteeing that the amazing low end torque is real and not just present on the dyno graphs you are providing? It is just really hard to believe this near - unnatural low end performance from a huge turbo like this on a 2.0L.

Just for the sake of clarity and comparing apples to apples, will you be doing a pull or two on a dynojet anytime soon?

Thanks and looking forward to the videos.

Very cool

I'd love to see a comparison of your kit vs. vortech @ ~12psi e85 - can't wait until you guys start tuning with e85!

Here's dyno from the skatery1989. This is at 12.5psi with e85 on the new blower

Very impressed with your numbers so far, good work guys :happy0180: I'd bet with e85 and similar boost we'll be seeing results past 400whp maybe close to 500whp?

Definitely the best set up I've seen so far.
I would be interested in purchasing this kit summer of 2014 for the automatic.

Keep up the amazing work!

Finally got a chance to test drive the PTUNING/MrC Turbo FRS yesterday and I have one word to say "WOW!". Took it through the twisty back roads to and from work and the way it pulls on the straights from one corner to the next will leave a big grin on your face. Throttle control is key when you're going through the turns with more than double the hp in this car.

I highly recommend running some wider stickier tires if you're running this turbo setup, along with good brakes. I had to turn off the traction control because the tc lights were going off constantly and driving me nuts. The power delivery is vey linear and predictable but even with my sticky toyo 255 R888 setup, the rear-end can break traction under hard acceleration.

You're going to have to learn to roll on the throttle with this power otherwise you can get into a lot of trouble in the turns. But this is exactly what this car was missing. The boost in power in addition to the lightweight chassis, sharp handling, and modern styling makes it the perfect affordable-sports car

So does this mean wheel selection should be reconsidered? Such as diameter size?
