Rich Asians wouldn't be caught dead driving a $65k FRS. They roam around in supercars these days.

It is important to me that people understand that exchange does not reflect value or price.
But it does. Say someone is making $10/hour and wants to buy something that is $50 USD. As of right now he is paying $65 CAD but if the CAD was on par with USD he would only be paying $50. Hence your paying more money now then you would if our dollar was better.

What caught my attention was a no expense spared drag racing powered FR-S seller located in Kirkland Lake. Try dodging stone chips up there.

Obviously the vehicle has spent some time stateside unless all the installs were done elsewhere.

This is a high end build. Someone is really into it. The money spent on all that should result in an exceptionally built performer.
TL; DR Is there an upgraded axle to handle all that torque?

Just to be redundant, roughly $52K US$.Definitely a small number of potential buyers. I don't mind if a Chinese 18 yr old from Markham takes it. That way there's a chance I'll see it on the street.

Necro thread

Two months, wonder whats up with the car. Obviously someone is a major enthusiast, not familiar if the owner has any presence here. Used GTR, used Porsche, Corvette, wait for FT/1 ..?

Im guessing a car if done properly, might have a better chance if sold to a US buyer seeing as so much of that car was obviously purchased in US currency, might as well sell same way especially with current exchange rates. Once due diligence is performed, that was a nice description and would be a great package.

Once you commit to the twins, sky's the limit. Unlike say, BMW or Mercedes who might option a car to maybe up to 2 or 3 times their base price if fully optioned, this car was designed, very well at that, to fill the demand at a particular price point. It just so happens the bones of the car are capable of taking on many different forms from street, circuit racer, drift, show car you name it.

Why not? If you can buy a $300K Porsche? From all the intelligent people out here I have read over the years, taking into account everything on the interwebz is the truth , (joking about that ), the fundamental parts of this platform, the balance, low COG, footprint are all worthy of a much more expensive build. I call the twins potential Heathkit Porsches. They are made for grownups who might have slipped thru life with ADD and want "built, not bought". Nomesayin?
