My bumper is fixed......but

This is the masking job they did for where the bumper meets the rear valence. Would you take it back? Its buggin me. Am I being too picky?

I haven't painted cars before - but I refinish/repaint furniture as a hobby and that's a pretty obvious flaw in masking if that part of the trade is even remotely similar.

The only thing is - I don't know what the contract or qualifications you signed for the work said and that is really what would determine what you can do. I'd take it in and nicely try to point it out and see what comes of it.

Read your contract's fine print for whoever did the work very, very carefully before you take it back.

I'd absolutely take that back.

If they have a problem with it, ask them why you didn't get the half-assed masking job discount.

If its Maaco/Earl Schieb they'll just sand that down and repaint over the new paint which will leave yor bumper orange peeled.
