Brakes

Hi
Would someone mind explaining the difference in the Brakes between the Basic, GT and GTS 86"s

GTS has bigger 294mm fronts and ventilated rears.

see the utube video from mtm racing


Front vented 277mm GT 299 GTS easily changed by fitting GTS caliper attach brackets and non invasive surgery.


Rear solid rotors on GT vented on GTS 10Mm thick vs 18mm


again tricky change caliper attach brackets and machine 1mm off either rotors or pads to get clearance.


Vented rears are cooler by 100 degrees on similar stops.


Front 299 and GT calipers send bias forward by 1% or so they say due to differences in pistons sizes on GTS GT calipers.
