No this is there FULL engine back exhaust
Equal length header over pipe cat delete pipe mid pipe borla resonator/muffler and finally the axle back portion. No cats in this system. Fixed sound prod just by turning the parts 90 degrees away from the meter.

Running our Borla cat-back, you should be fine @92dB(A) sound limits. Borla UEL Header(17284) + Borla cat-back(140496) complied @92dB(A) @ Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca last month...
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25094

Robi's FR-S ran MRLS without catalytic converters using our Borla Race mid-pipe + protoype EL Race Header + cat-back. The Borla EL header has more high-frequency energy and registers higher decibel readings using A-weighted frequency curves dB(A). In addition, running no catalytic converters increases sound decibel levels.

Big thanks to Robi for running quick FR-S hotlaps and providing valuable feedback to Borla R&D.

A lot of competitions are embracing street tires, so practicing/tuning for R-Comps becomes pointless.
Depending on the series treadwear ratings of 140~180 are used to split the tire categories.

NT01s are probably a faster tire, but RS3's are currently the king of a dry time attack.

I think he's running brake man's stuff. Very light but requires a plethora of knowledge to maintain and use.

I looked at his stuff its pretty much Track only.
