Something does not seem correct in these pics... look at tire tracks. It seems he already oversteered and was going backwards sideways judging from the rear tire marks and what seems to be front tire drag.
When did he smash the tree with his front end? or did he hit pole on other side of the road and bounced across to this position. Somebody help me out with this, I am no accident person, just what is seems like to me. If he hit the tree he is against now, his car nose would be even with tree at most, not before it
