Our sincerest apologies. We ultimately decided it would be best to host a meet next week. We wanted others to have more time to figure out plans and such if they wanted to join us. I'll be posting up next week's meet location later today!

Hey everyone! Thank you all for patiently waiting for our next biweekly, we've unfortunately been pretty busy, but we're back! Join us at In N Out in South SJ near Oakridge Mall! We'll be parking behind the Kohl's.

Date: November 13, 2019
Address: 5611 Santa Teresa Blvd, San Jose, CA 95123
Time: 7:00PM-10:00PM

As always, NO revving and NO burnouts. Please be respectful and courteous, this includes picking up any and all trash as well. We would like to leave the location looking good or better than before so we can return for future meets!

Do note that the meet could potentially end early! If you plan on arriving later, you can message one of the Southbay board members or ask in the Southbay 86 group chat if the meet is still going on.

Hope to see you all there and make sure to bring an extra jacket just in case!

Hey everybody!

Long time no see!

Let's have a lunch meet! This location should be familiar for a lot of us. We'll be hanging out here for lunch.

Day and time: 11AM-2PM on Saturday, April 2

Address:

1513, 4130 N First St, San Jose, CA 95134

There are several restaurants at this plaza, like Chipotle, Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread.

Please try to park in the rows in front of Chipotle/Starbucks since those are usually emptier!

Everyone's welcome, especially those with the new set of twins. Please join us!

With COVID still going on, we just ask that you're mindful of everyone's space.

As always, NO revving and NO burnouts are allowed. Please be respectful and courteous; this includes picking up and throwing away any trash that you have/see at the meet. We want to leave the location looking as good as or better than it did before we arrived so we can return in the future.

Just joined the forum and first post. So nice to see some meets happening in South Bay!

Currently in the market for a 2022 BRZ but most likely will be a 2023 given the current supply shortages. Previous car was a Mk6 GTI but traded in a few years ago for my wife's CrossTrek Hybrid. Back to driving my old Sienna minivan, so itching to get back into a fun sports car. Look forward to meeting folks in the South Bay BRZ/GR86 community and going on nice drives in the near future.

Feel free! It may be a bit smaller meet since this is the first time since pre-COVID but it seems like at least ten of us will be there most likely and possibly more. We would also love to see the new gen twin

It went really well!

We had about 30 cars show up! Mix of old and new (probably about 6-7 of the new twins).

You're always welcome regardless of having one yet or not. We had a few former owners who have Miata's come to the meet and also someone with an MR2.
