Nice. I felt like mine ran much better on ethanol. How's it do with cold starts in this weather?

Under e70 I have zero issues. Over that I just prime it first and it'll usually start the first try after at around 10-20 degrees in my garage.

Hello all, just picked up my Series Blue about 3 months ago, have about 7500 miles on it so far. Do you guys ever meet up and go on drives or anything? An exhaust will be my first mod when the weather gets nice, would like to hear what others have done before I make a decision.

Super happy with my perrin cat-back. I have the 3.0 non-resonated

We do meet up at times, usually when the weather gets warmer. I am currently working most Saturday mornings, so I miss some of these.

Another MN member here... just picked up a used 13' MT whiteout . First mod will be coilovers. Are there any nice back roads for some spirited driving when it gets warmer?

Welcome! Yes, there are a few fun roads around here. There are a couple of fun roads heading down to Stillwater. Don't forget to try to make it out to our Proving Grounds this summer in Brainerd!

Welcome to all.
Mine is stock and might stay that way, to much fun, no decisions yet.
I have found a few good twisty roads in MN here in the Metro area, but nothing fantastic. MN/DOT has county maps in PDF format to download.
http://www.dot.state.mn.us/maps/gdma...nty-alpha.html
If I'm going to go for the day and burn some gas, I head for WI. South of Hwy 10 to I-90, between the river and I-94. Decent pavement, twisties and nice places to stop for food. Oh yes, watch out for Motorcycles, they get surprised by our grip in the curves. WI/DOT has county maps also. http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/travel/maps/county.htm

It probably won't be until spring but I'd thought I'd see if anyone is interested in any of my performance parts. I'm not putting prices up right now but I will be letting them all go for dirt cheap. Speak up if your interested.

Sparco Assetto Gara wheels (summer tires with almost no tred left
1 extra stock wheel with very minor scratches

Still haven't decided for sure but if your interested let me know. Like I said dirt cheap prices. I'd rather sell local then make more money.

depending on price and condition, I might be interested in the winter wheels/tires setup. Any pics?

The tires are in great shape, and still have nice deep tread (see penny depth pic). I'd estimate I've put about 3000 miles on them. I only drive about 6000 total a year.

The wheels are pretty clean except for one which has a spot of curb rash which I did my best to capture in the pictures.

If you're interested, PM me an offer. Keep in mind that it will be a month or so until I'm ready to sell them unless BMW offers me an awesome deal when I go test drive an i3 tomorrow.
