My wife won't believe that for one second! She refuses to ride in it because "we are going to get run over by a truck". That does have it's up sides though.

Opposite situation with my wife. She loves to ride in the FRS.

Whenever she drives it she always comments about how much nicer it is than her car.

Its funny but my wife would rather ride around in my FR-S than she would her new RX350.

I think she feels more "exotic" and generally more excited than driving around in her couch on wheels.

Of course she scolds me every time I get my car sideways with her in it, which is of course EVERY TIME SHE GETS IN IT!

Although both the cars in our family are small (FR-S and GTI), it is somewhat comforting knowing both are 5-star safety rated.

My wife hates my car. She feels like she's going to die and doesn't like getting in or out of it because of how low it is. At least I'll feel better knowing that it's safe when I'm driving around by myself!

On the two occasions I insisted we take my car all I got was a constant barrage of "we are going to die". Pretty sure there are still finger marks embossed into the passenger seat foam.
Oddly enough, one person that loves to ride in my car is my mother! She of course is 82 years old.

Had to buy a pillow for the passenger seat....my 74 yr old mom said, "hey, why is it only your seat can be elevated, what's up with that!"....pillow bought and she tells me, "that's better now I can see what's in front of me!" Coworker sits in my car, "eh, WTF is this pillow doing here!" (dude is 6 foot 2, 270 pounder)
Kool to see the car is rated highly for safety!

Funny thread... My wife owns the FRS!

Of course I own the Camaro SS, but she totally loves her FRS... every thing about it. I kinda do, too.
