New Member/ Quick question - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I was wondering if anybody knew the dimensions of the GT86 and the BRZ.
I'm loving the rear of the BRZ but the front of the GT86 looks more aggressive. I'm hoping to get a BRZ and swap the front with the GT86 but are the dimensions the same?
I read somewhere that they're exactly the same except for the few modifications of the front bumpers and the rear trunk/ taillight/ rear bumper.

Where have you seen the rear of a production BRZ?

If pictures from Road and Track are indeed official, then rear ends are the same and you'll be better off buying the FR-S

There is a sticky on dimensions for the FRS/GT86 and granted they are about the same car i would guess they are the same.

The tail lights will not look anything like the ones on the STI concept. The shape will be exactly the same as the ones on the 86.
