@Jason@Nameless is there anything interesting happening between 2000-3000 with this header?

Normal the stock header has a pretty healthy bump between these RPM's

Catless. If tuned properly, this shouldn't affect gas mileage much, in fact, I've seen some actually gain MPG's because it can breath better

Any rough estimates on pricing for the whole package? Is 1k for the header and 1k for the rest reasonable?

The 2.5" exhaust non-stock replacement package starts at $929 depending on options. Depending on options it can be as high as $1239. Well worth it!

Not disagreeing on the well worth it. Just trying to keep in mind how much lighter my wallet will be soon

Those are some legit gains. I look forward to seeing the final fruits of this innovative labor. I'm fascinated to see the "torque dip" squeezed and shoved to a lower RPM. My hunch is the OEM header is a bigger facet to the "torque dip" than expected. This corroborates with most turbo kits significantly lessening the dip.

This header looks spectacular. I know everyone will be asking this, but how long until these are ready to ship?

We have been with Aaron and Lucas for tuning for over 6 years through three shops that John and I have either worked at or owned. The guys at English are great friends and integral in our brainstorming process on all of our projects. Aaron was part of our service crew at The Olympus Rally last year and his gear based boost tune on Will's S13 Silvia put us squarely ahead of every car except Block and Higgins on the Super Special Stage there (beating L'Estage, O'Sullivan and the rest of the Open AWD and Superproduction AWD class in that stage as well as breaking the Olympus record for top speed on stage by 14mph at 146mph on gravel (in a 2WD drift missile no less). Couldn't be happier to have them on our team.

From everything I can tell, it will be. Have more homework to do and we will do everything in our power to make it work. As long as one of two catalysts are within 6" of the stock location we should be good. Have to determine if we can move the OE coolant reservoir.

Of course. I dont know about open source stuff for these cars but ECUtek I can definitely work with. A few things I want to delete/disable/turn off in the ROM and then see if I can make it "behave". I have a few generations of tunes built up for the various phases that the car has already been through so I am sure I can make it do what we want.

I am curious how some have been able to get these to make 180 with a tune but without aftermarket parts...or I missed something and that was parts + tune like us.

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!

If you guys can keep this STX legal, or at least detail a process for helping it be legal, you would have a fanboy for life!

Keep up the good work!
