Managed to log a couple of pulls yesterday:
http://datazap.me/u/jac/brz-oft-phantom-sc-za1ja01c

Looks like AFR generally stays between 12-11 which I think is good. Is there anything else i should be monitoring/looking out for?

AFR will sometimes jump to 14/13 early in the pull, normal?

Afr should get better once ltft stabilized. With that said, it's running a bit lean for my taste.

I wouldn't say it is lean at all. It is running rich enough to bottom out the sensor at 11.x for almost the entire rev range.

It is normal to see 13 to 14 at the extreme bottom end of the RPM range.

The afr is rich yes. but it's because the tune is running lean and the stft is adding a boat load of fuel. His ltft is considerably lean at 3%, a good percentage to shoot for would be a bit below zero. Around -.7% Sounds good

Should be easily fixed with some maf scaling
*Which should allow for the best afr vs afr command possible.

Doesn't LTFT and STFT only affect closed loop?

Yes you are correct. Look at his log, it's mainly cruising data, which is why i said he's running lean, which is in closed loop as you've suspected. During closed loop, the o2 sensor is utilized to control fuel trim to achieve a theoretical afr of 14.7. which it will use to scale the stft which in turn modifies the ltft to adjust for incorrect maf scalling. But to answer your question, LTFT is used in both closed and open loop, So a better LTFT in closed loop from proper maf scaling will produce a better AFR : AFR command during WOT open loop.

What happens when I lift off throttle at say 5-6K RPM and my intake butterfly closes? I don't see a recirc/bov on the compressor, does it need one?

Not much honestly. There isn't that much boost that that rpm. The extra pressure will surge past the compressor when throttle closes.

This is completely safe at this boost pressure.

Will that surge eventually wear it out? 4 PSI flowing back into the compressor doesn't sound like a good thing.

No it won't hurt this compressor to my knowledge.

I know that Rob has tested this extensively.
@Robftss do you want to comment on this?
