IIRC even though it is thicker, the TRD front bar is less stiff than the Perrin 19 set to stiff.

What are the tire pressures you recommend to run for the Rival S 1.5 in cold wet conditions? In the dry I ran 35/30.

Correct. It has to be 17x7 or 18x7 or 16x7. Rim diameter can change -/+ 1 inch width can not.

The only ones that can run 17x7.5 are the TRD FRS’s up and the performance package BRZs with the brembos. And they are both CS classing

That's what I thought. People were talking about the mythical 2004 STI wheels for DS class and I was like uhh.....those are 7.5.

Thanks for the confirmation!

2002-04 WRX BBS option
Size: 17x7"
Offset: +55
Bolt pattern: 5x100
Wheel Weight: 15 lbs. (forged)
OEM-equipped tire size: 215/45R17

These you can use!! but they are crazy rare and expensive. they are +7mm more offset so they fit the rules there, but you may want to put +10mm spacers to get it at 45.

Who is running DS this year?!

It's going to be a tough one with all of the heavyweights getting classed lower this year (Civic Type R, Focus RS, Tesla M3, Golf R, WRX STi, etc.).

What are the planned setups? Mine is as follows:

17x7 +42 RPF1
215/45 Falken Azenis RT615K+
Hotchkis Front Stabilizer bar
Stock struts
Winmax W2 brake pad
Perrin catback

Neither are running competitive tires anyway, so in my case it's more about staying close to stock, and having fun driving the car (versus being competitive).

Twins in D-Street were outgunned last year, and this year is downright comical.

PS - I'm selling a set 17x7 Traklites with RE-71's (6 events on them from new)
