Lol that's pretty rough, it's not like he'll NEVER BE ABLE to use the towels for something else.

4 Towels for 16 bucks is a pretty good price too.

I’m now guessing my “Temporary Towel Armrest” submission will not make it into the ft86club DIY Guides ???

“A towel, [The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy] says, is about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have. Partly it has great practical value. You can wrap it around you for warmth as you bound across the cold moons of Jaglan Beta; you can lie on it on the brilliant marble-sanded beaches of Santraginus V, inhaling the heady sea vapors; you can sleep under it beneath the stars which shine so redly on the desert world of Kakrafoon; use it to sail a miniraft down the slow heavy River Moth; wet it for use in hand-to-hand-combat; wrap it round your head to ward off noxious fumes or avoid the gaze of the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal (such a mind-boggingly stupid animal, it assumes that if you can't see it, it can't see you); you can wave your towel in emergencies as a distress signal, and of course dry yourself off with it if it still seems to be clean enough.”

Riiiight... it's not like we never waste any money on stuff that's only for visual and/or aural aesthetics in our cars:
  • Axle-back exhaust
  • OEM Audio+ or other audio upgrades
  • engine dress-up kits
  • decals
  • non-corrective exterior paint/wrap
  • custom console inserts
  • custom door sill inserts
  • rear-view mirror danglies (lol)
  • license plate frames
  • license plate relocator kits

I'm in agreement with @Bowen on this - @cwpbrz-ji can just re-purpose the towels later after he buys an actual armrest.

Like, he could cut up the towels later to be shop rags... or, wash em up and keep them as guest/beach towels... or use them to cover the shit he's carting around in the back while he's en route to the track or something.

Anyway, the price was decent on the towels--and what actually matters is whether your DIY armrest works for you. If it does, then more power to ya. Form is second to function, after all.

Except for stance.

I am about to go home and pick up my new side markers to replace the nasty orange ones. I got some dark smoked ones and am going to install them tonight.

That is displayed when I first turn on the head unit. I believe you can change the splash screen on most head units, how would depend on which head unit you currently have installed. Here is a DIY guide on our cars but another head unit: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7636

Love the decepticon Logo i have one as my splash screen on my Pioneer

My Mishimoto oil catch can arrived with 2 different sized barb fittings so i am talking with customer support so i can get a new fitting and get this inslalled before i push forward with my Kraftwerks upgrade. Also still waiting on parts from FT86Speedfactory that were ordered but theres a delay in shipping since parts are not in stock but were in stock when ordered and appear in stock now, talked to support and i had to change the order to get it here faster (it was the difference in color for the trans bushing) and they wont expedite despite the delay on their end. So i wont have anything to do to the car until next weekened, oh well back to the grind until then i suppose.
