I haven't heard anything about the Scion but it can't be too far behind the Suby. I agree, if it's a good car I'll buy it regardless of the name. FRS is definitely a cooler name, but it probably won't have much of an effect on my decision. But if both cars are exactly identical, and it is just the name that's different, I'll take the FRS.

I didn't even think of the CRZ. More reason not to like this name. I don't want to own a car that's one letter away from being a CRZ.

I am very pleased to hear this new news...
Im not exactly sold on the name but it could grow on me.

So people dont want the FT86 badged as a Scion or a BRZ.
So what about a trip down to both delierships.
Get the Subbie and pic up the FRS badge to replace the BRZ. Subaru FRS

There could be a load of badges for sale afterwards on ebay. Some one may deside on a Scion BRZ lol

A little late but I'm content with the name BRZ. It does sound like Breezy and I'm sure this will be it's nickname for many years. I hope they make the emblem BR-Z and add some style too b/c it looks very bland.

I can't wait to see the concept pics next month too.

Thanks for posting Hachi!! Finally some Subie news! :happy0180:

It doesn't matter what they call it, we won't be getting it in Australia anyway.....

Still big news! It will be good to see the finished product from Subaru and how it differs from Toyota.
