I have zero issues with my 86 at factory ride height. It's low, so you should keep that in mind and not speed over stuff.

Another thing I've noticed and to keep in mind, is to watch your surroundings when exiting the vehicle. Particularly when you park parallel to a curbs.
The second night I had the 86 I went down to the bank and nearly ran the door into the curb. I had a moment as I pulled the handle and saw the curb.. to check first, and sure enough It would have made contact.

I can't help cause my car was never stock height.

also watch that the doors dont slam into your shins. shitty ass door checks on these cars lol.

Mine either but stock height is 4.9 inches. Most sedans run between 5 and 6 inches (some are stupidly high though). The twins have the exact same stock clearance as a WRX and you don't see them having issues with speed bumps.

I was going to write a story in the "FR-S / BRZ vs...." subforum on how I went over a speed bump one time but everybody ruined it in here...

I had a fun time going over speed bumps recently. Stock height but I have the APR front lip so it's a bit low. Left turn with 2 traffic lanes going my direction into a driveway with speed bumps, had 1 car behind me and another in the lane next to me which changed into my lane before we got to the speed bumps. I proceeded to slow down to 4 mph to crawl over the speed bumps, other 2 cars stayed behind me over 2 bumps instead of just passing me in the other lane. Had a good laugh at that.

Speed bumps ....... I reckon that depends upon what a Philippine speed bump is like. In my area, we seem to have two types ...... one being a wider speed bump, which my FR-S treats like a little "fun ramp". Are all your speed bumps that bad? I'm lowered ~1.5" currently and I can get by just fine past speed bumps, potholes, etc. I've driven around in the crap streets of San Francisco without much trouble as well.

At stock height, I don't struggle or even flinch when coming up on a speed bump, that being said, if you're lowered, you MUST take care when going over them. If you're stock height, just drive it like you would a sedan.

I'm at stock ride height but I have a front lip. Occasionally I find a speed bump where my lip scrapes. Coming out of parking lots on to the street, my lip often scrapes on the dip.

But it's not that big of a deal.
