So far only one member has had a leak... this is far from an issue...

We include only the best gaskets available (only company to do so ), there is no issue with them. Also every connection surface is machined flat and checked before shipment.

Doesn't sound too bad. Sucks that there isn't much rumble, compared to catless UEL headers. Great video + install pics man! How's the cold start, drone, and overall experience with the Catted Headers and the Tomei 80? I have an urge to pick up an Tomei 80, but I'm afraid that it'll hurt my DD. (I'm fine with a little drone, but not constant drone)

Just so you guys know, I went on a trip to New Smyrna Beach this weekend from Gainesville and I averaged 40mpg, and got well over 300 miles out of one tank. I think these headers are helping!

Also, now that they are broken in more, the car sounds even more orgasmic. Yes, orgasmic.

Cold start isn't bad but its pretty loud since its a 3 inch cat-back, once its warm the springs stop rattling and the car is normal. Their is NO DRONE with the Tomei Type 80, I previously had an Injen SES Dual Tip Cat-back and that thing DRONED like crazy at normal daily driving. You can hear the rumble on this car pretty good the video doesn't due the exhaust tone justice because it was shot in the wind plus on an iPhone. The Tomei Type 80 is my favorite exhaust you wont go wrong with it in any way, it looks beautiful, sounds elegant, saves a ton of weight (22.27 Lbs to be exact, from just the Cat-back alone), plus the exhaust ages beautifully (Turns more blue). Plus i DD my FR-S Mon-Thur or about 400 miles a week and it is just fine, but when I had the Injen SES on it it wasn't bearable at all. This headers did exactly what I wanted them to due:
-Save Weight
-Make the Boxer Rumble noticeable
-Sound Nice
-Eliminate the Torque dip without a Tune

Noticeable Boxer Rumble Before FT86SF Catted UEL Header:
-Stock Exhaust 0.5 out of 10 for rumble being noticeable
-Tomei Type 80 2 out of 10 for rumble being noticeable
-Tomei Type 80 + FT86SF Catted UEL Header 8 out of 10 for Rumble being noticeable

DTC for the secondary O2. It's picking up a flow equivalent to the primary O2 so it throws a flag. They shouldn't read the same as how the stock header acts. Need a tune to disable the code otherwise you will run rich with the code active. Just really bad gas mileage is all you will notice the most.

Catted or not, this header should be tuned as with any aftermarket header regardless. If anything, you can continue to clear the code but its just a pain to do that.

Quite the opposite really, I've been getting an increase in MPGs backed by my fuelly data but once the code went up, my throttle and performance were nerfed. Looking into tuning solutions soon. But yes, the highflow was expected to read differently from stock. Thanks for the insight
