I just went with the Skunk2 ultra radiator and the sandwich plate. I know the radiator has the 1/2 fittings, but could not find the connection size anywhere for the plate. It's not even listed on Skunk2's site. I would like to have my fittings ordered sonic not waiting another week to get them after these parts arrive. Does anyone know what size or the links to where you bought your lines and fittings? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Just take it to a hardware store and find a fitting the fits.

Did this fitting work for you? What size is the radiator size? Do you have a link for it? Was doing my install tonight and ran into these same issues. Used 1/2" npt fitting for radiator but it seems like it will destroy the treads. Skunk2 said it was 3/4"npt but that's a load. I need to find the part that works so I'm not fishing anymore. Aggravated with this whole project at the moment.

No it didn't. Stay away from this rad. The design is terrible. I sent mine back.

Skunk2 originally told me that the thread was 3/4 as well. Which is not correct. This rad was nice. Quality was very good and it is indeed beefy. The only way to get this rad to fit is to trim and notch ur shroud and notch ur frame rail. . If u have a c38 kit this will be a extremely extremely tight. i sent mine back. I have to give skunk2 a big thumbs up as they took the rad back and gave me some good customer service.

I can see this working as it would push the rad forward a bit so the outlet should clear the side of the frame rail.

Here is the list of parts I used for this setup. I took pics but I can't get them to upload.

1 1/2npt male to 8an male
1 1/2npt male to 8an male 90 degree
2 90 degree 8an hose fittings
2 45 degree 8an hose fittings
3 ft 8an hose
2 8an male to 8am male fittings

I used a hole saw and cut out a little of my headlight mounting bracket. Fan shroud still has to be cut but I'm sure I will need to modify again for the turbo. I'll do it all at once when I get to that point.
