Count me in! ToyoburuBRZ

The BRZ/FRS community up in my area is quite large and I am sure we could come up with one hell of a review!

I hope you guys realize that by having the winner front money for "accountability", they are in violation of sweepstakes laws. The whole point of a promotion like this is that no money is needed to enter to win, and no money is needed to claim the prize.

Furthermore, a credit card authorization expires automatically after a short period of time if the transaction isn't completed. This type of payment hold is ineffective nor useful.

By your contest definition, a randomly selected winner will effectively pay full retail for a coilover he/she won, just because they chose to not write a review. I highly suggest you redo the rules, as this is something highly regulated by state and federal law and would be considered gambling.

I'm taking it you're not entering?

By entering, you are agreeing to the terms set forth.

If you don't agree to the terms, you aren't forced to enter the contest.

I don't see anything unreasonable about the contest terms, which we have done for several years now in the R35 Nissan GTR forums with zero issues or complaints.

I'm all for following the rules, especially when it comes to federal regulations, but being sassy with a paying vendor on this forum will get you into trouble...
