^ This exactly!
Sounds like it's time to get out my magnifying glass and handy-dandy notebook!

BTW, where did you order your Pilot Supersports? Been looking to get them through the warranty, but Sears said they weren't being manufactured anymore... This was a couple months back, and I heard they might have just temporarily stopped producing them.

Actually the Premium does not come with a wing, only the Limited model.
I ordered the Super Sports through Discount Tire; you can also go through Discount Tire Direct if you'd rather not go through a store.

I like ordering exactly what I want through discount tire direct and having them delivered to a nearby discount. ...where you can easily pick em up and have em balanced

Costco may have them too, if you're a member.

Since yours goes on with tape, it won't be a huge deal to remove. But ours is bolted on. When the time comes to compete, we'll probably swap out our stock spoiler for something more functional and actually worth the full 4 points. Something super ricey looking! LoL
I've already modded enough to push me into B class...but I don't plan on going into TT at least for a few years. Just there to get my jollies. Basically if you want to stay in C class you're limited to the mods listed below. This maxes out your points with a couple whp wiggle room in case you get audited and the Dyno used reads more than the Dyno you tuned on. This is based on Hal's track build.

Wheels
Race composite tires 235wide
Track pipe
E85 tune
Pads
Coil overs
Fluids
Some weight reduction

Note that going down to smaller tires frees up some points for a better tune. Last day we were at firebird he ran 225 instead and I believe plans on sticking with that.

I'm sure the header op and fp that's due up this week throws me out of C class.

Yeah, you already got the +2 with the cat-back - you might as well take the +3 additional points and go all the way.

I have an email in to the TT Director to see if I have to take +3 points for the transmission too. The rules are a little funny. They say no points for a torque converter auto, but 3 points for added paddles...

Hal has been coaching me a little on how to use all the 0 point mods. I bet you could stay in TTD if you wanted to. And yeah, we're a ways off from TT too, and may actually end up buying a dedicated track car in a year. Or buy a different DD and dedicate the FRS. Or win the lottery and buy NASA. LoL

Looks like the muffler shop I went to didn't realize i had an o2 sensor attached to my header, and mangled it when they tried to take it off. -_-

I would suggest a google search of fone finder before anyone calls that number. Could help narrow down to an actual legit number. Just a thought

@SpyderMS I work in the auto body industry. By the looks of the marks they will not buff out. Also as far as being less than $250 to fix that very un likely. The issue is that it is on a door panel. To do the repairs correctly it would need to be sanded down, filled in, blocked, primed and than re painted. To make sure that there is no difference in color and good shop is going to need to blend the fender and qrt panel as well. I don't like being the one to reply with bad news but that is what would need to be done. Give my good friend John a call at Allard Collision 480-812-3969. His work is the best in the valley and he will take good care of you. Best of luck

My car was keyed about a year ago. They damage to mine was in a similar spot but much deeper. I don't think that's going to matter though. They'll have to sand it down and repaint it. Ended up being around $850 total. I used my insurance since anything under $1k didn't really hurt my rates. That may vary by company.

On a side note, if I can't get to sleep at night I just think about being there the moment that person keyed my car. Then I think about the various injuries I would inflict on them. Puts me in a good mood and I sleep like a baby.

Should put together a fund for a reward if the purp is identified. Put a sign with a reward on the car and near where it was parked. A low life like that will have friends that will rat him out for money, I guarantee it.

I'll donate 10 bucks to the cause.
