Awesome setup. I know Tirerack states they have some coming in sometime in November, but they do not state +35 or +45. I think +45 would be good for this car, but I would be concerned with brake clearance. I know the Miata guys run 17x9 +45 and they have issues running RPF1s and big brakes. I'll be looking forward to your pics with brake clearance. I think this may be the route I am going as far as rims. Thank you for the pics! You should take some more to drool over. Some wide angle shots to see how the car sits at a slight distance.

I emailed Tirerack this morning. They said they are 17x9 +45. So it should tuck nicely while still having the concave face.

This wheels are very nice! I like more in 18 but in 17 are . That such is their driving behavior. Have you made rounds with them?

Ah, +45? That's why I can't stand 5x100. Your stuck with shitty high offset wheels.

Sure hope someone comes out with a 5x114.3 hub kit. Or else it will be custom +35 5x100 group buys.

+35 offset has been around for awhile. I think that's what the Scion (TC) guys run. You just have to catch the deals at the right time. +45 might work better up front and you can always add a 10mm spacer for the rear if you want them to stick out. But then again you might be going with a "stretched" tire look. Then I can see wanting the +35. However if you are auto crossing, you may want the +45 so that it will tuck more and you can run maybe a 255 tire. I dunno, just a thought.

I'll probably switch to the 45's once they're readily available for the track, I don't see the 35 offset working with a 245 or 255. Even a 235 will be close depending on the camber.

I think a few of the autocross drivers are using a 17x9 +42 offset.

Will be nice when the +45 (ish) version is released later this year. The 17x9 has a much nicer face to it.

+35 is a bit too close to being hella flush, IMHO. Looking to run 245/40/17

Those Gramlights look very nice! But they are 4~5lbs heavier than the RPF1's at the same size. Wish they were +45 offset, that may cut down almost a pound off the weight. I'm waiting on those new RPF1's as well. But I may get a different set of wheels for now and wait till next year to get them when the weather warms back up (since the RPF1's won't be out till Nov). Plus it'll give me a chance to burn up the stock tires or use them as winter tires.
