Reccomendations for Clear Bra installers in Balt/DC/Annapolis area?

I'm thinking of getting a ClearBra for my BRZ's bumper and mirrors, but I don't know of a good Clear Bra installer. Anyone have any good tips?

In case anyone is looking for a good tint place, I just got my tints done at cutting edge in rockville md. The guy who did it (TJ) also has a BRZ and they got my windows done in less than 30 minutes.

Also quoted me for around 600 for front bumper clear bra. They use a film by xpel which is self healing. Pretty cool stuff. Seems like tint places in MD are all sketchy as hell, but this place was great.

I'll have to check it out. Was looking for a place to install Huper Optik, and was recommended to check out TNT Tint in Alexandria. Guy never answered my call/email so I was looking for an alternative.

Cutting edge uses Solar Guard which is pretty good although Im pretty sure they do indeed offer Huper Optik. And you know TJ will do a good job as he is a fellow BRZ owner himself.

Yeah, I checked out their website and it looks like they offer Huper Optik. I shot him an email for a quote and to see what his schedule is like. Would love to have it done ASAP.

I called two ClearBra places. No one ever got back to me. I got my first rock chip yesterday.

All I want to get done is the bumper since it already comes up so high.

Got my clearbra and tints from D&L in White Marsh. A bit pricey, and be careful if you go there, they are very pushy. But they do quality work.

I work at Hurleys Auto Audio in Tysons Corner, we have a guy that does clearbra for all the major dealerships in the area and does some of his work at our shop. I called him and will get back to you guys with a price. I believe he is somewhere around 600 for front bumper, part of the hood and fenders and the mirrors, basically the standard front end kit. I will post back when I get a reply from him on the cost.

To do just the bumper would be 695.00, if you decided to do the hood (24inch) fenders and mirrors would be an additional 300.00, saving you 295.00 off full price. Other areas can certainly be done as well, rockers and splash areas run anywhere from 225.00 to 495.00 depending on the amount of film used.
I didn't think it would cost that much. I know of a great body shop that just took off, repaired, repainted, and reinstalled the front bumper of a new Sonata with 3-stage paint for $300.

It's a family-friend type of place. But still, if I can get the bumper repainted twice for the same cost (and still look OEM), is it worth doing the clear bra?

Holy crap they charge a lot.

Mine was $595 for the bumper, 24" of the hood, fenders and mirrors. An additional $100 to get the a-pillars, behind each wheel, trunk opening, and gas door area done.

This TJ from Cutting Edge guy sounds arite; I was thinking of driving up to IAG in Westminster to get my tints/clear bra done, but perhaps I will rethink that.
