While these features are great and admittedly worth the cost, it should be stated in the product page which cars are not compatible with the arrival feature.

I've got a '13 FRS and was looking forward to the arrival feature. Sadly that doesn't work.. but departure does?

We recently launched our new site and many of the listings are being updated as we speak. Unfortunately, the arrival & departure features are not compatible with every make and model, but we will make sure those disclaimers are added.

Does the SmartTap work with 2017 BRZs? I see a 2017 GT on the first page so I figure probably yes but when I go to your site and put in my 2017 BRZ, the SmartTap is not on the list of available products, so I just wanted to check before purchasing.

I believe the SmartTap is compatible with the 2017 BRZ model years. The Tail as Turn, however, is not compatible with the 2017 GT86. Aside from that, nearly everything carries over.

I bought it and installed it this morning on my 2017. It works as it’s supposed to even the departure lighting.

We initially reached out to TapTurn to offer their product through our site, but the owner refused to work with us.

We thought it was a great idea, so our engineering team developed our own, upgraded & improved version.

We improved the programming to be more intuitive, and we included "Strobe" features with all models, no upcharge.
