I am looking at the gas tank mod you have done. That is a big difference. I didn't really notice it in this picture at first.

AC lines done, charged and holding pressure with no leaks. Next step, test when the engine is running.
Ended up having to use the factory bulkhead connections. Re-bent the small line to clear the engine. The larger low side line I re-bent into a 90 degree turn the opposite direction of how it was made, welded a fitting and used 10an Aeroquip AC lines to the compressor. 8an Aeroquip from the compressor to the condenser. Covered it all in fireproof silicone sleeve to help protect where the lines rub other items, keep safe from heat and also I didn’t want the look of stainless steel braided hoses. Drained the oil from the compressor and refilled the system with 4.75 oz PAG 46 I went with the factory Brz fill of 13.8 oz R134 Sound about right on the oil and charge? |

Got back to working on the intake. Trying to decide if I give it glossy or satin finish. I’ll skin the intake shrouds next week and clear it all once I decide on the finish. So far I like how it’s turned out.

This build is beautiful. This swap is something I would love to do with my BRZ. And your build is everything I would want to do, and then some.

Dude I love everything you've done so far! This is by far the best swap I've seen everything you have just looks top notch and the work you've put in 10/10! Curious question, why did you upgrade the rear end? I read on this thread that our rear end is very good to begin with. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121018 |
