Hill Start Assist?

Hey all,

Anyone like the HAC on the 2017's? It's a standard feature on the 86 now I guess.

Is that the proper way of using a manual transmission on an incline? I'd think that's easier than flooring it to avoid backing into someone.

Well now, that sentence got me confused … who you talken to??

Seriously, it's been my experience, that a combination of using the e-brake and giving the car it a little gas and slightly slipping the clutch, works most of the time.

The other times, just back down the hill and get a run on it ..
