I shopped around for a Greddy turbo kit. I worked with Alan and had a really great experience!

Most vendors were selling the kit at 5% below MSRP, but Alan got me a solid deal. I can't complain!

Just recently placed an order with Alan, all i can say is that ive had nothing but the best experience as a customer. Ive purchased plenty of parts for my last car through thmotorsports, and i have never been disappointed, and serioulsy NO OTHER vendor can beat their pricing!!

Maybe this might help. This is the same thing I sent in my PM, minus the name and order number.


I purchased a TRD style Version Select spoiler in FRP. We did our best to check fitment. It appeared to have proper fitment, so we went ahead and had it painted. After it was installed, the rear edge was approximately 1/2" off of the car. The sides came up, the front peeled off as well. I used heavy duty 3m double sided tape. We tried multiple times with no success. I have holes in my BRAND NEW car for this crap.

I sent it back. They said they won't refund me because it is painted and "will be hard to resell". What kind of bullshit is that? You're going to try to sell an already defective product to someone else? I want my refund. THM said they have to apply a 30% restocking fee, since that is what Version Select would charge them. I didn't buy my product from Version Select. I bought it from THM, so I do not see how I must pay for THM's issue.

This is going on for months with no resolve. I have been dealing with Michael ****** by the way. After realizing that I'm getting no where with him, I finally agreed to just suck up the 30% fee. Why the hell do I still not have my refund!

If THM can't take responsibility for a $233 product, why the heck should I buy anything else from you?

I even took it to the dealership because of a loud rattle I had. Can you guess what i was? It was the driver side tip flopping up and down hitting the trunk.

I guess the definition of 'today' changed, since 'today' was Friday. To be fair, I did give my info a little late. I know Saturday is a business day, but I said to myself, "maybe that's what they meant by today." So here we are, Monday, almost the end of the business day.
