Cracked my floor because i'm an idiot

So the other day i was on the side of the road, i had a flat, and i tried jacking my car with the stock jack and two pieces of wood and then part of my floor cracked. is this a major concern i should mention to the dealer?

why would you need wood? Did you use the proper jack mounting points?

To be honest no. I was in the side of the road on some grass. I didn't really have the option to jack it up properly.

You do know that it's ok to limp the car on a flat tire to get to a place where it's safe and you can jack it up properly, right?

As long as you don't mind destroying the tire in the process. You'll get a nice little heat ring around the entire circumference.

Fine if you're about to buy new tires, shitty if they're halfway gone and 1 new tire bugs the hell out of you.
