We have been on the ACE header with the JRSC Kit for the past year. There are quite a few on the ACE header and either Edelbrock or JRSC right now.

Actually, @sw20kosh now has an Ace header paired with some other goodies... lets see if he wants to post.

friggin enormous stroke, but the cylinder walls on the FA20's OEM block are enormously thick.

Hmmm...so is it likely for example that my dyno tuned HKS supercharger would produce the SAME power with the stock exhaust manifold vs the Revworks catless EL unit I am currently running???

If that were the case, I'd consider going back to stock to quiet things down slightly.

Stock:

Jrsc standard pulley + ace 421 350 + e67:

Compared to a similar setup with a nameless header instead...ace 421 350 gave me 15-20 ft lbs of torque advantage in the 4000-6000 rpm range same dyno same tuner e70.

Thank you CSG for setting up my car right and supplying all these track tested parts!

Had a blast on track with it yesterday:

Fun video, nice to know you passed sound at Laguna with this setup. Are you running a catted front pipe? Which cat-back?

Thx!

Ace front pipe. Stock muffler. It is the only thing so far that will pass sound check.

This made our car's seem so slow in comparison! I enjoyed the video though.
