There is a Seibon Carbon fiber back seat delete for around $1800.

There's one for $300 from shrader performance, they claim a 23 lb loss of weight but you only lose about 10-15lbs doing it though because you have to remove the seats as well as the seat belts and seat belt clips etc on your own.

Quick update on this.

Fuel mileage is averaging around 22mpg. Prior to my last service I was averaging 27-29mpg on 93 octane fuel. I increased tire pressure before my last fill-up because my "Low Tire Pressure" light came on. All four corners were sitting at 32psi, so I increased to 40psi. No change.

I checked both of my receipts from first and second service. The only thing different was that my first service used bottled oil, my last service used bulk oil. I've done some research, and I don't see where this would make that much difference. Thoughts???

Oil level? Oil weight? An overfill can cause resistance inside the motor and a thicker oil will slow everything down decreasing fuel economy.

Problem is you can't really determine oil viscosity, tech could have grabbed the wrong gun and you wouldn't know. It shouldn't account for a ~20% drop in fuel economy, maybe 10% at the most.

Receipt said 0w20. What's the spec for oil level? Manual said 5.7 quarts, but I've read some places that is too much.

The extra gas cost is about $20 every 1000 miles you are going from the 28 to 22 mpg. If you wait the 7K oil change interval, that is $140 extra in gas spent.
I would drain the oil and either watch them put the correct weight oil in or do it yourself.

I've been losing my mpg at the exact same time I got with my girlfriend - granted I've been progressively getting fat all at the same time. Coincidence?

I'm probably going to change the oil this weekend myself. It's frustrating when I go out for some spirited driving and I can easily notice the fuel level going down. We'll see what happens.

I had my battery disconnected about a month ago. Before my averages were about 28, now it's 26.

Also winter fuel blends typically get worse mpg's compared to summer blends. They probably started phasing in the winter blends this month.

Then drive it like that for a few weeks, then drive it however you want. It'll eventually get lower with your avg though.
You don't have to disconnect the battery to reset the avg mpg calculation/display.

With Avg MPG displayed, just hold the Display button down for a few seconds. The display will zero and start over, calculating and displaying MPG from the new point.

I reset mine at each fill up.
