datclips, I like that. I'm down with that. People at work regularly call me "Greg" And "KC" in passing, even though neither are anywhere close to my name. I think the other day someone even called me "Daniel", again I just roll with it and reply like that's my name. Pick your battles, I say.

Lots and lots of traffic and cyclists today. Complete opposite of last month. Oh well, what can you do?

@TheMedakaBox: Don't get a header, your exhaust sounds perfect as it is currently. I'm always amused at how often you love to rev it up for all to hear. When you were rev matched blip downshifting in front of The Junction, I heard it and thought "What is that, some kind of exotic?? Aston Martin? Ferrari?!" and then I looked and saw you - "Nope, it's just TheMedakaBox"!

@undefindedt: Sorry for "hushing" you during the driver's meeting. I guess in retrospect I already knew that you know the ropes and know what to expect on these drives. Apologies if I came off as a control freak asshole - I just wanted to make sure everyone drove within their limits and had a good time. P.S. How is your pup?

@PMok: Your engine now officially sounds insane. I would take the fact that yours is louder than other JRSC setups as a blessing in disguise. The JRSC is all "I'm blown, bitch!" and the Edelbrock is all "I might be stock! TeeHee!"

@BigFatFlip: Thanks for the radio call-outs regarding group position (at least I think that was you). Lets go for a smaller drive soon, maybe just you me and my Golf R buddy.

@MisterSheep: You've now shown that you are as crazy as I am. I was going at my absolute limit on Mines and you were on me like white on rice. (no pun intended due to us both driving Whiteouts) I guess this shows that staggered can keep up with square?

Thanks all for the fun! Sorry if I didn't catch your name or chat with you...I like to just relax sometimes and do my own thing

Awesome food again Drew at Wasabi Bistro..fun roads as always! Tons of people on Mines but it was all good..I had lots of fun pushing bald stock tires to about 80% of their limits..few times was slippin and slidin..especially in the gravel sections

Here's a few pics I got from today...forgot to charge my GoPro batteries so I didn't get any footage

Plus it's huge..its the one I was talking about when we were waiting outside Wasabi Bistro. It use to be a buffet so tons of seating.

I've never had the teppanyaki there but I heard its pretty good. Ive ate sushi though and its pretty good. It be a good place for East Bay meet too..lol i probably wont be able to make it ever though due to work schedule

I'm definitely down to check out a new place. Not a fan of waiting a fucking hour for a table when I'm starving.

Hey, guys. Finally got around to cutting up the footage I got from the drive on Saturday. I only recorded the Palomares section, but that's OK as it was also the prettiest section too, in my opinion.

It was great to see such a big turn out and super fun seeing everyone's different driving styles. We apparently angered a local on Palomares, who proceeded to lay on the horn as we flew by him. Whoops.

Anyway, here's the video and I hope y'all like listening to my Nameless exhaust. :3

You've heard it here folks! lol @Clipdat I still want to take my car to the tracks to learn the true limits of my setup.. I feel like I can't get there on the streets specially on roads like mines or redwood, they're just too damn bumpy and uneven. My traction control just like to scream at me and light up brighter than a VW's check engine light on those bumpy roads.

Damn, I've been wanting to do drive ridgecrest to Mt. Tam for a while now but never get the chance to (gates open at 9am which is the time I usually have to be back). I'll keep an eye on details, maybe I might be able to join for at least a section of it.

Couldn't make it, my coworkers and I did a nice cruise that day and we snapped this shot at Alice's with a drone.

Peep the McClaren there in the back
