Brz Ecu question
I have a 2015 Subaru brz, after market turbo kit and tuned through ecutek. Lost both car key fobs and tried working with a locksmith but he was unable to connect with the car and each time he tried to connect to the obd under the dash he got error and cant communicate with car messages.
Could it be because my car is tuned? I took my car to the dealer this morning they said they will wipe out the immobilizer and something else and try to program there. Some said the tune and electronic control modules have nothing to do with my lock smith and that the car is advanced and only the dealer can deal with it. Did anyone here experience something similar? |
