Need a quiet exhaust setup for California

I recently went forced induction on my BRZ and I'm looking to get the most out of it with a higher flowing exhaust. I'm assuming I'll get a front pipe with a resonator and headers with a high flow cat but I'm not sure which ones. Any advice would be appreciated.

The turbo probably plays a role in it being quite, don't you think?

Nameless Offset Axleback by itself is reasonably quiet. Just gets louder the more parts you add. (Downpipe/Header)

I've currently got the Greddy catback so I'm more interested in quieter headers/front pipe but I'm willing to switch to a different catback if I have to.

It's possible. I think I'm going to end up selling the EVO3 and getting a different quieter system but a custom one is definitely an option.

The Greddy SP elite is nice and quiet, or the Stromung is quiet as well (also they're in HB!)

I have heard the Perrin 2.5 inch resonated cat back and it is just a hair louder than stock. It still has a deep tone. Perrin just came out with a 3 inch resonated version which will sound deeper and still give you the 3 inch exhaust you need. I don't imagine it being that much louder than the 2.5 inch resonated.
