That sounds really good! I'll eventually make the upgrade.

Sounds great but still a bit loud for me at WOT. Maybe the stock catback will tame it a bit.

I have that setup now and it sounds disgusting at anything besides freeway cruise or warm idle.

Otherwise it sounds like the muffler is rattling apart (BRAAAAT BRAAAATTTT BRAATTTAATTTATTTT)

Hey Twag,

He's a long answer to a short question

When we started Ace we wanted to build a header that made 86 owners happy. We wanted people to love the sound, power, torque and have that awesome "whoo-hoo" feeling when you change gears.

Problem was, it was taking too long to deliver the Type A and people weren't getting that feeling...so we went back to the drawing board.

Thanks to awesome "beta testers" -you know who you are, the Type B is almost identical in performance to the Type A.

CSG played a big role for this to happen, so we promised them we would build 20 final Type A's over the course of 2016 to fulfill their commitments with their customers.

We're confident that when people get their Type B's, that ear to ear grin and "whoo-hoo" feeling will come with it.

Thanks to everyone for the understanding and feedback.

happy driving
Team ACE

PS- rumor has it CSG is in development of a low-db, high-power muffler....just a rumor though...

I absolutely love the sound. It's very raw, it may not be deep or smooth, but it sounds amazing when you get on it.

May actually have to save some pennies for this.

Haha thanks for the mental imagery. Guess I'll have to look into other, quieter catbacks.
