GT-86 optional performance-pack

I work for a tuning company in belgium.
and was contacted by Toyota Belgium and asked to put together an optional performance-pack for the new GT-86.
the purpose of the pack is that it looks original and the performance and handeling of the GT-86 improves.

what I had in mind:

Milltek exhaust (belgium has a ridiculous law allowing only approved exhaust systems on public roads Milltek is approved)

Injen shortram intake
custom ECU remap
Cusco Strut Bar - Type OS (front and rear with brake cylinder stopper)
Cusco adjustable Power brace Engine bay
Cusco leather steering wheel
TRD door Stabilizer
TRD Front / rear brake pads
TRD Push start Switch
TRD Shift Knob

if anyone had enny experience with these components either positive or negative please let me know if you have suggestions about other better parts let me know

I have access to a dyno and i will test which airfilter gives the most power.
this might take a few weeks because the GT-86 in not yet released in belgium

Today I had my first drive in the GT-86.
And I must admit that all aftermarket suspension parts will be useless on this car.
We have tested all the components on the track and with the full Cusco suspetion setup the car understeered ALLOT more so Cusco is a no go!

The INJEN shortram intake pleased me very much and after Bonburner had given me a link to a problem with the Injen Intake i contacted Injen and they will now go figure out this problem and solve it. (when i know more ill post it)
btw I have not had that problem

The Milltek exhaust is awsome! great sound throughout the rev range, a real must.

All the stuff from TRD remains and the Cusco steering wheel will remainning to.

The GT-86 I've driven had Bridgestone potenza tires and these had great grip and yet you can still make em smoke

Within a few weeks I will post some pictures and videos.
In these videos you will see the difference for each part on the dyno
I'm totally independent so if something is not performing, I will not lie about it and who knows maybe ill help people with their choice.

Rest sounds nice.

I highly suggest replacing the header and exhausts ... super restrictive ..
also lightweight pulley
Braces for the transmission & engine

Now that's a nice package haha

edit: light weight rims and stickier tires maybe

I personally like the feel of the stock steering wheel .. sat in it and immediately it Felt right and good.
It looks decent too - plenty of grip .. the only annoying part is the silver plastic part at the bottom middle ..
But yeah, must would be I/H/E/Tune in my opinion :/
light weight rim 17/18"s with stickier tires.
rest seems like nice cosmetic options for more flashiness

edit - no headers .. that's too bad >.<

edit 2 - look into aftermarket seats that have 86 stitched into them - that would be sexxxy - I'd debate the package just for these (if I didn't know crap about cars and didn't know you could order them separately later for less)

edit 3 - Oil temp & pressure gauges!! *****

lol Sorry about all these edits - too many fun ideas >.<

But all jokes aside, that pedal was shelved before the production model. It was on the pre-production model vehicles, but due to the length and the unintended acceleration issue, it wasn't kept.

Hm... wanna keep it 2k~3k? How bout adding those to the list
SS Brake Line
TRD Rear Diffuser

I can think more... but it'll go up the price tag, so I'll stop it for now.

Maybe you should do like Stage 1, 2, & 3 Performance pack

there will be several stages.
but for now we keep it at a ''GT-pack''
we like would like to gain approximately 30hp with the GT-pack.
the stage 2 will be with outher headers and some outher things.
the stage 3 will probably be a HKS supercharger with custom pistons and drive-shafts outher headers, custom airintake, triple plated carbon clutch and so on
