Yeah it sits right under the supercharger housing. It's tough to see, but its there in the picture I posted and its right next to the intake manifold runner. Yes, it's an edelbrock part

Recently purchased an edelbrock CARB kit. Absolutely love it, but I'm ready to take it a bit further. I'm looking to achieve the maximum WHP I can before having to rebuild/upgrade internals. From what I've read the magic number appears to be 300 WHP. What would be the safest, way to achieve that number. Smaller pulley, tomei header, op, fp, 60s and a delicious tune is what I'm currently considering.

Thoughts, advice ?

Thanks!

I would try for E85/flex fuel first before the others you listed. Also, have seen better gains with the ace headers compared to the tomei.

I've considered E-85 but it won't work for me for location, as well as I'm not sold on its reliability yet.

Anyone know when the tune for 2016 models will be available? 2015 will not work?

manifold gaskets were cleaned off and liberally lubricated with silicone grease.

injectors cleaned up and remounted.

amazing how fast things go back together a second time after you've already done it once. I think most of the labor in the install is still attributed to getting the lower ECU mounting bolt put back in place. I had accidentally cross threaded it last time, so ended up chasing the bolt and threads through tap and die to clean things up.

managed to blow a fuse on the fusible link block attached to the positive terminal. noob mistake, forgot to disconnect the negative terminal before working in the engine bay. I had it hooked up to a battery minder while I was out of town to keep the battery from going flat. ratchet from manifold bolt bounced off the positive terminal and blew the 80A fuse side of the block. doh. it's a special order part so I need to call a dealership tomorrow. what's another week of having the car in the driveway?

We already have a calibration built for 2016 BRZ/FRS vehicles.

Ethanol and Flex Fuel.

You'll also need injectors and a fuel pump, and possibly a clutch. PM to order.

would it be worth it to ditch sprintex for an edelbrock? I've heard it's pretty similar in power delivery and peaking at like the same numbers.

Absolutely; the Edelbrock makes WAY more power, even on 91.

Yes.

Also, one is up for sale on the SoCal FB page right now with only 11k miles on it.
