I'm running mine with the OEM exhaust. I wanted a sporty more aggressive sound and this is perfect. No drone! When you first start up your car is when it's loudest. After the first 30 seconds, the idle sound returns to normal. During aggressive acceleration, it has a low tone. When just cruising, the sound is only slightly louder than stock.

Easy to install (no need to lift the car).
Has a sound that more in character with the sporty look of the twins.
Large exhaust tips fill out the openings in the bumper.

If it still won't align, then the mid-pipe is mis-aligned. Soap up all the hangers, including the mid-pipe hanger. Loosen the gasket bolts and mid-pipe donut bolts, shake, wiggle and push until it settles into alignment, then without moving anything, tighten all the bolts.

Just had this exhaust put on. As previously mentioned, left tip sticks out a bit more, and right tip is slightly off center.

Sound is nice. Loud enough to be noticed but quiet enough to not annoy neighbours or attract police attention. I prefer my car to be slightly louder so I anticipate it to pair nicely with a set of UEL headers in the future.

Material and build quality seem to be decent, but we'll let our Canadian winter be the judge of that.

Overall a nice exhaust aside from the fitment, but its hard to complain for the price.

Definitely get a UEL as soon as you can, it sounds perfect.

I was contemplating selling mine for a bit... then added another resonator (from Vibrant) to the stock midpipe.

Now every bit of rasp and drone is gone with this axleback and my catless header. Definitely recommend adding an extra resonator!

Reviving an old thread. So it made it past one Canadian winter. Little bit of rust but overall looks ok.

Problem is... now there a rattling noise inside the muffler itself during cold starts. Noise goes away after it has a chance to warm up, but on cold starts, its almost a loud metal noise. Probably a baffle came loose or something.

Long story short, my car sounds like a junkyard shitbox for the first 5min of driving if theres any load on the engine causing vibration.

Would not buy again.

Reach out to top speed, maybe they'll replace it. I've had mine for 3 NJ winters and it's holding up fine.

My single annoyance with this axle back is the imperfect fitment. I'm going to try to align it maybe this weekend. At the end of the day, I wish I went with the Greddy SP Elite for an extra $200. While the sound output and appearance is awesome, I hate the crooked fitment.

Passing along a good deal, Topspeed is selling this axle back on ebay for $299.99 or b/o with free shipping. I put in an offer of $275 and it was taken immediately, getting it cheaper may be possible.

Got mine for $250. Shipped to Port Huron, MI and picked up from Canada-side. Install of the actual ABE was super easy. Took 10-15 minutes tops. Removal of the old muffler took quite a while due to the hangers.
My tips are still misaligned. driver's side is good. Passenger side points inwards. Hangs about 3/4cm from the diffuser which worries me

(sorry for the snapchat video to my friend but that's all I had)

I hate seeing these long reviews about knock off products. Top Speed is garbage, any I've seen come through our shop has defects. We had a GTR in the other day and the brand new Top Speed Y-pipe was already leaking badly by both flex joints.

Please support non china junk.
