I've noticed condensation on both my Buddy Club tail lights (driver and passenger side) but only on extremely cold days (around -30 C)

I'm not sure if this is because even the tiny natural amount of moisture in "dry" tail lights is freezing to the point it's visible, or if the tail lights are actually taking in moisture.

It went away when the temperature warmed up last time but came back recently and the temperature hasn't warmed up so I can't say for sure whether it's the temperature's fault or the tail lights themselves.

As I said many times before -

All tail lights are subject to flooding because of the design flaw -

Glue the gaskets to the tails and seal the top of the lights with snowman snot-
NO MORE FLOODING ! OR CONDENSATION -

Thanks for this. I used the sticky tack on mine tonight and it worked pretty well. I am on my second set of crystal eyes and I had a little condensation in the right light yesterday. I just wish I could find sticky tack in black. I don't like how I can see the white in the gap when the trunk is closed.

Lol... I still have my stock tails as well. I just prefer the look of the crystaleyes. Even with a little condensation. Lol

Just remember - you're building a dam. The goo has to be thick enough on top and shaped to divert the water flow .

Glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I also notice this effect during really cold days. I've got normal condensation on occasion as well - especially when the air is moist.

Further to the above -

Spent 99 cents on another brand of tack adhesive to test it and found it creeps over time and is very sticky (leaves hard to remove residue) - not suitable.

I mixed it with dust and cigar ash and then it retained shape.

For those in very hot climates don't use runny snot !

I actually returned a set of Grazio's because they leaked like the stocks. If only this was around at the time!

Am I crazy or does it seem like our cars are unfinished in spots?
