1) Cricketing Engine - biggest problem yet
2) Hard center console padding for my knees - hurts after a few minutes, gotta readjust
3) Gas door on passenger's - I like getting out of the car and staying on the same side I got out haha
4) Side Mirror control Knobs - poorly designed and poorly placed, but its a 1 time thing so whatever.
5) Driver's Door is Open Beeping Noise - Jeez it's so annoying.

To Be (high possibility):
5) Rattling from passenger door

Have the 86 for 2 weeks now.

One major hate is the alarm:
It is honking the horn once for close and twice for open. It's too loud.

i dont like how:
-The black rubber door sill parts and stuff seem to get easily scratched, my shoes always put white marks on them, so i gotta becareful getting in and out, but at least u can wipe it off i guess.
-It doesnt bother me too much, but the beep is very faint when locking the door so i always double check lol.
but other than that... LOVE IT!

I find this amusing because I went and had the dealer turn the lock/unlock beep off (completely) after about 2 weeks because it was driving me nuts. The neighbors really didn't need to be informed whenever I got something from the trunk.

Maybe they could turn the volume up on yours? Something to ask about during scheduled maintenance perhaps.

One of the early issues with the twins was that the rivets rip out of the guide if it's used. Almost every early production and demo car had them torn out.

Most off us would rather leave it out of the guide then to have the rivets torn out.

My door is really scuffed.

I'm guessing since he is from hk the gt-86 honks when you lock and unlock whereas usdm twins beep.

it is also a weight thing, why add weight over the engine?

the lower spec cars (not in USA) don't have the digital speedo readout, hence the analog is needed,

this is the GT spec in Australia,
the GTS Spec is the same as the FRS you guys have,

Yes and it doesn't help me, not nearly enough anyway. Even in the guide the belt is half on my neck and half on my trap.

As for the seat belt pads, thanks for the idea, but its NOT GOING TO HELP. Please stop posting those, people. I need the seat belt off my neck and onto my shoulder, not padded and still on my neck..

Man reading that speedometer seems... difficult. The white on black gauges look nice though.

Mine came out of the loops and have left them that way.

Agreed, but the reason they labeled it as a Scion, is because it would never have met Toyotas sales goals. So they were able to sell it as a Scion and be able to keep it exclusive and not have to meet sales goals like Camry/Corolla etc...
