E85, pump gas, New Jersey Turnpike and P011 code
I've got a brain buster here. Twice in the past 2 months I drove to NY from Maryland. Both times I started with a full tank of E85, and at 1/2 tank topped it of with 93 pump gas. When I refilled the tank I was now on 100% 93 pump gas.
Both times the ck engine and DSC light came on. I carry a scanner and both times is showed a P011 code, and I cleared the codes. Car ran fine both times but the code had to be cleared. The second trip the ck engine light and the DSC light came on a second time and I just kept driving. The next day when I started the car both lights were still on. I filled the tank with E85, and the lights went off. I am now running 93 pump only to see if I can recreate. The lights have NOT come back on. Anyone have any idea what's happening? Anyone ever get a P011 code? My car is boosted and the tune was done by a top line company. Curious if anyone has some wisdom to share on this. |
