Anti rust to be removed
Call me stupid whatever you want... I costed my car with anti rust but the annual one. Not the permanent one. I want to remove it now... I just want to remove the one under the car. What product should I use. The APR (all purpose cleaner) did not help much.... I need something stronger and won't affect the car
What should I use

If the anti rust stuff that was used is an oil based product, any solvent that will dissolve oil should take it off. I would start by trying isopropyl alcohol ....... spray it on and wipe it off. Put car on a hoist; open and drink a beer, spray alcohol, open 2nd beer, wipe off alcohol, drink half of the beer; blow out seems and other under side parts with compressed air, finish beer; wipe off any residue; you're done. humfrz |

Why remove it? What harm does it do? Just wear gloves when working on the car. It's a hell of a lot easier than cleaning off the entire thing.

I'm applying a new formula with a different company and after the anti rust was done I drove the car directly. So dirt got trapped there. I don't want the new formula to be sprayed over the old one and the dirt I don't need to explain myself more.
Thanks for suggesting the isopropyl alcohol Can I use the following product: Cleaner degreaser for food processing industrial use It contains potassium hydroxide
