The "Nur Spec" car is the Gazoo car. Same exact car, same one that Toyoda was seen driving. I think it's their race prepped test mule.
The Nur Spec is the one with the big wing, TRD is the one with the duckbill spoiler, and the Modellista is the one with that chrome bar thing across the side of the car. Last, the high spec trim with lots of the internal goodies.

the TRD rear spoiler/duckbill is the only add-on I would get.. rest looks kinda tacky to me.

Personally, i like the look of a duckbill spoiler, ever since running about in a '73 Porsche Carrara RS back in the mid-80's. The TRD one is nice, but could be a bit larger. And even if increased in size, a duckbill is still less obtrusive, as far as a visual 'target', than the large (rice) wing, when it comes to being eyeballed by John E. Law…

I drive my track car on the streets since it's still street legal and competes in events for street legal cars. As long as the car sees the track, leaving the wing on is acceptable by most people I've ever come across. And if it wasn't, I'm not taking out the wrench every time I get off the track just to remove the wing...lol

It seems like the Nur-spec as a complete car can't be bought; it was just a factory-modified car.

The parts on the TRD-spec are listed as:
starter button, "semi-bucket" seats, 6-pot front and 4-pot rear brake kit, TRD height-adjustable suspension kit, stainless 4-exit exhaust, strut tower bar, oil filter, radiator cap, upgraded air filter and the obvious aero kit.

The Modellista one is all exterior upgrades.

sigh...

Ok for the members who haven't been around for very long...

The "Nur-spec" aero was being tested and was spied at the NBR BEFORE gazoo took that vehicle for the race.

For the article to say Nur-Spec makes perfect sense and would be available as a production aero "most likely JP and EU models only".

Please refer to this thread -
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2750

The question is will there be performance items included in a "Nur-spec" model, other than aero?

The caption on the photo for the interior says the gauges are made by Blitz. The engine on the Gazoo car is stock, but the ECU has been changed. The aero is obviously the same as that red car from a couple weeks back, but in this scan it refers to Nur like it's a particular "official" product line, not as a complete car. However, it specifically says in reference to the wing, "Whether or not the Gazoo specification is sold as is looks now might not happen, however, something that closely resembles it will probably come out in the aftermarket."
