I'm trying to get the final production prints finalized. We have been buried with our new product release!

I'm hoping to get the prints finalized and material ordered this week! I will take a couple of weeks for production, finishing and packaging. Sign up for our newsletter, it is the best way to find out when parts are ready to be purchased.

Thanks!

Claim on your rear plates is 2 inches increased travel and with your fronts 3/4 inch is this correct? And your rear top plates keep geometry in check right? If so wow where is the pre order list?

PLEASE make a dedicated thread when you can to demonstrate and better show your back plates to!

And now a noob question. Being your front plates are "slotted" when or if one has to do engine work that requires removing strut bar for example mines a Hotchkis which mounts on two points of the existing top hat how can one retain that exact caster setting really?

Second noob q... I understand desire for racers having the need or want for caster adjust ment but what gains for a DD guy or occasional Auto X guy? That said will there be a camber adj only version or is my thought process skewed here?

REALLY want to do coils this year but seriously these need to be on as well for me, shit roads and the chance to have more travel makes a ton of sense for me.

The 3/4" for the front CC plates was a comparison to other aftermarket camber plates.

The rear top hats take the coil over mounting position and move it 2" further up into the chassis. There is no change in the geometry.

The 3rd bolt that holds the caster/camber plate will hold the assembly in place.

Caster is caster... Doesn't matter if you are a DD or autocrosser. You will notice handling differences when adjusting the caster.

We might do a camber only plate but first I need to see how our caster/camber plate goes.

The Cascam (Caster/Camber Plates) are currently in production. The material has been ordered, fixtures are being machined and the parts are being cnc programmed. Everything is in full swing!

We are easily weeks out from having production finished. I can't pin point a time frame on it because we have a lot of programs and fixtures to make to manufacture each part.

I wish it was simple as plug a CAD model into our CAM software and a part gets spit out! It just doesn't happen that way...

I will post some pics on here when we start cutting chips!

not being an engineer i'm still baffled how the weight and dynamic forces are essentially supported by two 20mm-wide tabs.. (top orange part where the bearing is housed)

is it because all the energy goes into the springs? I guess you wouldn't want to bottom out on such a setup

Would this photo be stock caster position and if wanted more say a degree then slide to back? What's range of caster here on these?
