Got any more pics of these? I'm about ready to order some I think. I read through the longer wheel/tire/size threads and my head just about exploded, so for the sake of my sanity I think I'm going to stick with 17x7 with 215/45 Falken Azenis RT615K+

You can see they stand a bit taller than the Continental ExtremeContact DWS in 215/45-17 that were on the stock wheels. No rubbing at full lock.

Thanks be to TireRack for quick shipping and good prices!
Any updates I would like to see some more pics with them on. These are on my list of options.

I am about to buy wheels, after a lot of research, I am still uncertain and just want a definitive final confirmation. Can I run 18x8.5 +45 or +35 square setup on stock and still be ok with lowering w/ coilovers later on? I used the chart for reference:

BRZ/FR-S Perfect Fitment
---------------------
Front 18x8.5: +42 (lowered 1"), or +44 (stock)
Rear 18x8.5: +32 (lowered 1"), or +37 (stock)

+35: I figure if I meet both those numbers half way (between 42 and 32 is 37, but there's no 37 offset for Enkei TS10's so 35 is closest). I believe this is flush rear, but more poke in front.

+45: I saw someone is running that exact setup and it looked 100%, but they are lowered. I'm not sure how this affects things. I believe this is flush front, but more tuck in rear.

Got my SSR GTV02's delivered from Japan, 2.5 months later and they arrive.

Specs: 18x8.5 +44
Bridgestone Potenza RE003 235/40R18
TRD Springs ~ 1" drop

No rubbing and hoping it stays this way once the springs settle in.

Although 17x9 +42 is shown as a fit.
Front does not fit for 255 sized tire, my 235's cleared though.
1" lower via springs.

Welcome to the Forum!

Your gold wheels look great on your black car!

It's awesome to see more cars from Oregon too.

Thanks! I’m in Eugene as well. Just got the car last Saturday, ‘17 with 4400 miles from Kendall.

Always dreamed of a black 2.5rs with gold wheels. BRZ seems like a good evolution of the dream.

Has anyone had experience with 18x8 or 18x8.5 wheels fitting over 355mm aftermarket brakes?

It's very difficult to find examples of what might work, and even harder to find wheel manufacturers that provide clear measurements of the clearances inside their wheel that I can compare to the measurements I have of my brakes.
