This ad makes me feel like they are marketing it more towards women. And I lol'd @ 1:51. They just had to throw that in pretty much as a requirement lol

Would have been better as a two seater.... The rear just looks awkward.

Not sure I'd want to own one. Have to see this set up with something a little more aggressive. I'm sure it will look awesome with a little work but I can't help but think that in the absence of the original roofline, sexy is lost. |

South Africa looks beautiful in the background. Will have to go there some time.
I like the idea but that white interior is a bit much. Probably not final design I am guessing. The price point will probably be too high for Scion so it might never be sold here. I say stick with the regular interior but with leather.

it looks ok, but I'd rather lose the rear seats and get some trunk space back. you can't even take this car on a road trip with two people unless you want to set your luggage on the rest seat. They are basically useless in the coupe and even more so here, plus the ride back the will probably be awful due to the wind for anyone you do try and shoe horn in there.

Pics of the top up probably look meh so they didn't put any. T-tops would've been nicer. There hasn't been a popular t tops car in the states since the 4th gen f bodies (I think) and somebody has to be able to design ttops that don't leak in 2013

Well, frankly it's hideous. I love the white seats... I had "parchment" aka white seats in my Saab. With the rest of the interior black, the white would be awesome. But, white/navy with golden orange carpeting? Blech. I wish it was left as a hardtop. :-(

I really like how they finished the back end, with it curving around the rear seats. I'm guessing those nice brakes are only for the concept car. If they bring it stateside and Subaru makes some convertible BRZs too, then I'd be really really interested.
P.S. To anyone complaining that they didn't get rid of the rears seats. Yank them out and put a roadster-style clamshell over the back seats. I know the aftermarket will be all over turning this into a sexy 2 seater.
