I spent an afternoon at Toyota of Torrance today and made my purchase for an Ultramarine FR-S that's coming in on Monday!

I told Rich I would pull up to Subie when I get mine as he's been wanting to check out the cloth seats of the FR-S.

Maybe we can meet up!

I stopped by Saturday morning and test drove the automatic WRB. The SWP was in the back also. I talked to Dustin and he said that someone might have backed out on it but he wasn't sure since it wasn't his customer, he never called me back on it as he said he would. It's the same car I preordered so I'm a little upset but congrats to the new owner. I'm not not sure I really want the car yet.

Anyway, my impression on the test drive was the car is well balanced, very flat when cornering but overall I was bored. I'm not sure if it was just because of the car being an auto or really because the car had no drama. I feel like unless pushed to the limit, the car would get boring on a daily basis. It wasn't fun to me. I need to drive the manual before I decide if I'll get my deposit back.

Other than that, the interior was great, seats were easily my favorite part. My impression on the dash is that it should have been more driver oriented with climate controls and nav angled. All and all a great car but I'm still shopping and considering other options.

Just got a call from Rich! My car has landed

but I got called in for work and i'm traveling to dallas for the next 3 days

wont be able to pick her up till thursday afternoon

I'm actually here picking up my car. If you have it preorder. Do your self a favor to pick it up quickly. Rich is a good guy. And he will do everything he can to make sure your car stays perstine for you. However, other sales men may try to pull a fast one when he is not here. So do your self a favor pick your car up ASAP
