Really? I've never had an issue with them. I'll ask Valenti about it but it's the first I've ever heard of it.

I have spoken to Valenti about the water leak and dead led. It WAS an issue in the past. They have since fixed the issues and its no longer a problem.

This is good news! So the side markers are V2 just like their first batch of tails that suffered similar issues. Thanks for the update

@LED86 Can you get access to a set of Valenti side markers. I would like a set for testing and would need them shipped to Canada

Have you tried the Valenti HID kit?
I'm wondering why it has such a high price!!

Yes I've had a couple come through that I've installed. I don't have huge experience with HID kits but they felt very solid construction wise compared to a cheap kit. Very bright, and quiet compared to others that seem to scream from the ballast. From memory all made in Japan too. The cost I list is more a reflection of the crappy USD to AUD conversion these days

I'm wondering if I should start my own thread to discuss Valenti & Avest products so I don't derail OPs thread so much
