Ecutek showing boost target hitting 19.9?

I have a high boost map set on 10psi, but when I took a look at the logs it shows 19.9 on wot. Is this an overboost? It definitely did not seem anywhere near 20psi of boost.

As above manifoid pressure is logged reliative to atmospheric. So actual boost is loiged boost minus about 14 psi. Log manifold pressure with ignition on and motor off you will see.
