Similar thing happened to an old man in a city near Montreal. Poor man got hit by a black van exiting the drive thru window. Hit and run. They were able to find the driver, but the old man died from the impact
 .I'm glad in this case the victim is recovering and the offender caught. |

" An arrest warrant was issued for Kirby before he and his attorney arranged for his surrender to police.
Authorities said he posted bail soon after booking and was released from custody. His court date is scheduled for June 30, 2015." Coordinated his own arrest and was out after paper work was done. Justice is so much more just when one has $$$ |
